How i spent my previous week:
1. Jogged.
2. Played badminton.
3. Played hulahop and watched series at the same time.
4. Yoga.
5. House chores.
Ish why i work out so much recently maybe I feel guilty didn't exercise for so long that's why I'm paying it back. No signs of me putting down any flesh cause I'm still eating like usual. ><
p.s. I just changed my bedsheet and I'm loving it!!
